LocalGrowth+ builds and hosts websites for local businesses and provides growth tools (lead capture, booking, blog, an AI assistant, and a prospect/campaign engine). You may enable only the features you need — every feature is available on every plan.
You're responsible for your account, your login, and the content you publish. Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate business information for domains and billing.
There is no setup or build fee. Your total is base + usage: a monthly membership for your band plus metered usage (AI messages, engine actions, email, storage) beyond your included allotment. The free Seed tier includes a 7-day free trial with no card; paid plans have no setup fee and bill from month one. Included allotments and overage rates are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Your band can change as your usage changes; we alert you before you approach a limit and never bill surprise overages without notice.
Don't use the platform for spam, unlawful content, harassment, infringement, or to send email to people who haven't opted in. Outreach features must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM), including honoring unsubscribes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or endanger deliverability for others.
Prohibited content.We strictly prohibit sites and community activity involving: pornography or sexually explicit material; illegal goods, services, or activity; and legally “gray-area” categories including the sale, distribution, or promotion of marijuana/cannabis or related paraphernalia. Accounts hosting or promoting prohibited content may be suspended or removed without refund. Community/forum/chat posts are subject to the same standard and to automated moderation.
You own the content you provide and the site we build for you. Images sourced through Unsplash are used under the Unsplash license; stock imagery may not be redistributed as standalone files. You grant us the rights needed to host and display your content while your account is active.
We rely on third parties to deliver the service — including Vercel (hosting/domains), Supabase (database/storage), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (email), and AI providers. Their terms and availability may affect the service.
Memberships are billed monthly and usage is billed in arrears. There is no setup fee. The free Seed tier includes a 7-day free trial (no card); paid plans bill from month one. Domains purchased on your behalf are non-refundable. You can change or cancel your plan anytime; on cancellation your site may be taken offline.
Payment authorization. When you provide a payment method, you authorize LocalGrowth+ (and our payment processor, Stripe) to store it and to charge it on a recurring basis for your monthly membership and for any metered usage (overage) each billing period, until you cancel. Recurring and usage charges are applied to your stored payment method automatically. You may withdraw this authorization by cancelling your plan or removing your card from your dashboard; charges already incurred remain due.
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard on uptime and results but don't guarantee specific traffic, rankings, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Program name: LocalGrowth+ Notifications. By providing your phone number during account registration or via a website contact form, and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from LocalGrowth+ — including account verification reminders, new lead and booking alerts, and platform activity updates.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact us at support@localgrowth.me or through your dashboard. SMS opt-out will not affect your ability to use the platform.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
